A long-standing construction consultancy with a healthy pipeline of work is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor (or Senior Building Surveyor) to bolster their Surveying team in the Southeast.

The Associate Building Surveyor’s role

Alongside conducting traditional building surveying services, the new Associate Building Surveyor shall predominantly carry out a project focused (project management / contract administration) role across various public sector projects.

As well as being hands-on, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will also help to mentor the less experienced Building Surveyors and support the Partners with business development and client management.

The Associate Building Surveyor

* Completed a RICS accredited degree

* MRICS or working towards

* Building Surveying experience within a Consultancy environment

* Project focused / Contract administration experience

* Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor

* Public sector project experience
