NRL are currently looking for a HV Project Manager to join our clients team based in Nursling, Southampton.

Role: HV Inspection and Maintenance Manager

Location: Primarily office-based in Nursling, with potential for hybrid once settled.

Duration: Ongoing 

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: CIS/UMB/PAYE

Salary: To be discussed

Hours: 37.5 

OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients to arrange suitable dates for the inspection and maintenance of equipment.
Generate and verify reports after inspections and maintenance.
Provide quotes and reminders for ongoing works.
Manage a team of 2 jointers and a technical administrator.
Oversee oil store management (33,000 liters).
Ensure regular maintenance of HV equipment.
The role will require close collaboration with Hiring manager and one of the SAPs, admin.
Day-to-day activities include liaising with the client to agree on a suitable date to get the team to site, understand the inspection and maintenance requirements, then generating a report for Hiring manager’s review and verification, and sending it to the client. The individual will also provide quotes for works, manage reminders for recurring tasks, and determine whether they can manage the task themselves or delegate it to the Senior HV Project Manager.
Ensure invoicing is completed (agree valuation of work order with client and raise invoice request on system for administrator to raise invoice); Ensure monthly financial targets are met.

Must-Have Skills:

Knowledge of HV equipment.
HV experience (private networks; no DNO required).
Proficient with Excel and databases.
Ability to quickly pick up processes.Financial Responsibilities:

Manage purchase orders and invoicing.
Report monthly to Jason on planned spend.
Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Maintenance Responsibilities:

Manage the oil store (33,000 liters).
Perform yard audits.
Oversee oil transfers and maintenance.
Ensure all equipment is in working order for monthly testing.Experience:

HV equipment experience, SAP experience would be a nice to have , financial management skills, and oil store management is desirable .
