Who are they:

Pillar Partnership have been given the opportunity to help this award winning SME look for an Associate Project Manager to help boost their company, whilst still remaining quality over quantity. They tend to work on private sector projects, with the odd public sector project thrown in across the UK, with offices in Manchester and London. Essentially, they are having great success with people who are wanting to move from the larger consultancy environments, where career progression isn’t as ‘clear’ as they once said, and lots of micromanagement. This SME truly pride themselves on NO micromanagement and the opportunity to work on multiple projects at once!

What is the role:

In this role you can expect to work on a variety of private sector projects, across multiple sectors (if that’s what you’d like), and compete against the larger consulting firms for these bids. You will be given the opportunity to work alongside a team of Project Managers, whilst managing and using your expertise, whilst being trusted to deliver projects to a high standard following regulations. Essentially, you are given autonomy with the support there if you require it.

Our client will consider all applications, and they are ideally looking for the below:

* At least 8 years PM experience- ideally in a consulting firm but they will look at main contracting experience as well

* Multiple sector experience is a bonus

* Personable individual, with a hardworking attitude

* MRICS chartership will be a significant bonus

* Comfortable working in a client facing role- liaising with senior stakeholders

* Relevant University degree

* Eligible to work in the UK

On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £89,000 per annum plus a flexible benefits package, including pension, holidays and healthcare.
