Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance

About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our bridging finance portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing New Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities across your network of brokers, introducers, and property professionals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships to generate high-quality leads and long-term partnerships.
Deal Structuring: Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to package deals that meet client needs and risk criteria.
Market Engagement: Actively represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings to raise our profile and pipeline. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a BDM or sales role within bridging, development, or specialist lending
A strong network of broker and introducer relationships across the UK
Deep understanding of short-term property finance and market trends
Ability to drive new business and close deals independently
