Lettings Negotiator

Bloomsbury / King’s Cross

Basic Salary: £24,000–£26,000 (DOE)

OTE: £60,000–£70,000

You’ll be joining a close-knit, sociable, and dynamic team in a role that offers autonomy, support, and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Registering and qualifying applicants

* Arranging and conducting property viewings

* Negotiating tenancies between landlords and tenants

* Managing applicants through the lettings process, including referencing and move-ins

* Handling walk-ins and inquiries as the face of the branch

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants

* Working both independently and collaboratively as part of the team

Candidate Requirements:

* Personable, professional, and energetic

* Strong communicator with excellent people skills

* Able to multitask and thrive under pressure

* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and organised

* Tech-savvy with experience using property software

* Lettings experience is desirable, but not essential – full training is provided

* A “can-do” attitude with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results

Package & Benefits:

Basic salary: £24,000–£26,000 (depending on experience)

On-target earnings: Uncapped commission with monthly and annual bonuses

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.30pm

Two Saturdays per month: 10am – 4pm (with time off in lieu)

Flexibility for occasional evening viewings

No driving license required

Excellent training and ongoing support in a collaborative, sociable team
