The Opportunity
We’re seeking a highly capable and confident Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is more than a support role—it’s a strategic partnership. You’ll be the MD’s right hand, ensuring priorities are met, communications are clear, and operations run smoothly across the leadership landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
*
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
*
Prepare briefing packs, agendas, and minutes for leadership meetings and board sessions
*
Handle confidential correspondence and act as a trusted liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
*
Monitor and prioritise inboxes, flagging key actions and ensuring timely follow-up
Strategic Engagement
*
Support the MD in delivering strategic initiatives, including transformation projects, investor relations, and regulatory engagements
*
Coordinate cross-functional communications and ensure alignment across the senior leadership team
*
Assist with internal communications, town halls, and leadership offsites
Operational Excellence
*
Drive efficiency by streamlining workflows, anticipating needs, and proactively solving problems
*
Maintain accurate records, manage expenses, and support compliance-related documentation
*

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a regulated or tech-driven environment
