Junior Project Manager – Engineering Up to £30k DOE | On-site | 37.5 hrs/week | Permanent *UK-based applications only, NO SPONSORSHIP We're recruiting for an established UK marine hardware manufacturer adding a Junior Project Manager to their busy Design & Engineering team. Great opportunity for someone early in their PM career to develop in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment. You'll support the delivery of New Product Development and bespoke customer projects from concept to launch, working across design, production, procurement and commercial teams. What you'll be doing: Building and maintaining project plans, timelines and trackers Coordinating cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned Running project meetings, capturing actions and chasing follow-ups Monitoring progress, flagging risks and escalating where needed Acting as key point of contact for internal teams and external customers Keeping project documentation accurate and up to date Producing status updates and reports What we're looking for: 1–2 years in a project coordination or junior PM role (placement/internship counts) You need to have experience or education in Engineering, or a demonstrable interest in Engineering You must be local to Havant and willing to attend onsite 5 days per week.
