Warehouse Operative ā Food Warehouse (Cold Environment) š Park Royal š· Ā£13.00 per hour š Immediate Start ā Training Begins ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy food warehouse in Park Royal. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have previous warehouse and order picking experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. Shift Pattern * Training Period (First 2 Weeks): 1:00pm ā 10:00pm * Following Training: Permanent Night Shift * Full-time hours (5 days/week) Working Environment This role involves working within a food warehouse where temperatures vary between: * Freezer areas: -22Ā°C * Chilled areas: +2Ā°C Full PPE and protective clothing will be provided, including jackets, gloves and hats. Candidates must provide their own safety footwear. Duties * Order picking across multiple warehouse departments * Picking and packing products accurately * General warehouse duties * Working as part of a busy warehouse team * Following all health and safety procedures * Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity Requirements * Previous warehouse and order picking experience is essential * Experience working in a chilled or frozen environment is highly desirable * Fast learner with a good work ethic * Reliable and punctual * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Good communication and teamwork skills * Available for full-time work and able to commit to the training period This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-organised warehouse operation with a supportive team and long-term prospects.
