A foundry based in Wednesbury are currently looking for the following.

Quality Engineer.

Able to programme and validate components using a Zenith CMM running Aberlink software.

Customer concern resolution through 8d and non-conformance recording.

Gauging calibration.

PPAP documentation.

Internal quality issues, and root cause analysis.

KPI reports, looking for scrap and quarantine trends in order to reduce scrap and salvage products.

Lead teams in scrap reduction project.

5s implementation.

Production audits.

Problem solving.

Dealing with customer concerns.

Hours, 7.00 – 4.00 Mon – Thu. 7.00 – 12.00 Friday.

Previous experience is essential for this role.
