We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Apprentice specialising in digital communications based in Letchworth Garden City to join our Customer Service Team. The role is 30 hours a week, which includes evenings and Saturdays.
This is a 13 month fixed term contract and you will be studying for a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
Your role will be to monitor, respond and log customer questions, opinions and concerns via the Autoglym social media channels and to provide excellent experience to our customers by way of problem solving and communication.

Autoglym is a British manufacturer of a premium range of vehicle care and valeting products, which are sold in over 45 countries. As the holder of two Royal Warrants our products are used by enthusiasts and professionals and include customers such as vehicle manufacturers, major high street retailers, car dealerships, distributors, professional valeting companies and transport operators.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who can share our passion and enthusiasm for car cleaning and detailing that also has experience of using social media and is confident when engaging with our customers.
