The Management Recruitment Group are working with an award winning Residential Development business who are currently undergoing a significant increase in new site acquisitions. Due to continued expansion they are seeking an Internals biased Site Manager to work under a Project Manager on a 200 + unit scheme in Bracknell, Berkshire.

As the Internals Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from shell and core stage through to handover, managing multiple trade contractors including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and finishing trades such as Decorators, Plasterers, Kitchen and Bathroom Contractors.

You will be able to prioritise your workload following a build programme set out by the Project Manager, and will be able to have a keen eye for detail and identifying and rectifying problems as they arise.

Suitable candidates will have an excellent Health and Safety record, be able to keep calm under pressure, be able to multitask, and will have a proven track record coupled with a stable career in residential development.

Key Requirements:

* RC Frame development under a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

* Experience managing large sub-contractor packages

* Strong experience from 1st fix carpentry through to handover

* Management CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid

* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations

* A number of years working on Residential schemes
