Are you an experienced sales leader within Business Process Outsourcing? Are you looking for a new, director level opportunity? Would you like the chance to join a unique & vibrant business who partner with some of the most well know brands in the UK? Are you based within a commutable distance of the South Manchester area or willing to relocate?

If so our client, have an open vacancy for a Business Development Director to join their team in a role where you will be responsible for developing new leads, creating, and delivering presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts with potential new clients and existing clients; Attending and overseeing tours and site visits at different sites located primarily in the UK as well as the occasional trip to South Africa.

What you need to have.....

*Upper-level management experience

*Must have at least 5 years successful sales track record in the customer care outsourcing or BPO industry (10+ years multi national vertical experience with proven subject matter expertise within one of the following industries will also be considered: Media/communications, E-commerce, Technology, Financial Services or Travel/Transportation)

*Extensive experience in prospecting & selling to highest level decision makers for customer care outsourcing.

*The ability to create and deliver effective presentations

*Must be extremely detail oriented with ability to be productive under stressful, tight deadlines
