Job title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £11.45 per hour
Working for one of the UK's largest highways infrastructure companies you will take telephone orders from customers and ensure accurate data records on the system.
Purpose of Role
Responsible for the receipt of customer orders and accurate input of orders into the appropriate computer system.
Monitoring the progress of orders and working closely with despatch to ensure customers are kept informed at all times.
Establishing forecast volumes at the first point of order and chasing new opportunities for sales
Key Tasks
Ensure calls are answered in a timely fashion
Generate sales opportunities when possible
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Provide accurate forecasts for supply and shipping times to customers
Accurately inputting order/sales on the internal sales system
Qualifications / Experience
Must be computer literate and experienced in using excel, word, and outlook
Must have held similar inbound or outbound telesales or order-taking role
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
