First Choice Staff is currently recruiting for a Shipping Customer Service Executive on behalf of a Global player to join their existing enthusiastic and passionate Customer service team, Cheshire based. Duties include, but not limited to:
v Handling Key Clients Accounts and Building good working relationships.
v Using Excel to calculate quotes.
v Responding to Information Requests via email or telephone.
v Entering booking details onto our Transport Management system.
v Liaising with the Traffic Team to ensure any delays are relayed to client in a timely.
v Ensure any issued are resolved efficiently and professionally.
v Experience in one of these sectors: Freight Forwarding, Shipping, NVOCC, Logistics- Desired.
v Excellent Customer Services.
v Communication & interpersonal skills.
v Strong negotiator and self -starter.
v Team player & enthusiastic.
v Able to prioritise work and work well under pressure
v Attention to detail
